Saint Honore, which is almost sold out, offered 323 units with cuts ranging from studio to executive two-bedroom. Most of the buyers and investors were from Iloilo, including newlyweds and young professionals. A big market were overseas Filipino workers, who have roots in Iloilo.

This early, Saint Honore is already shaping up to be a dynamic vertical community, rife with so many opportunities to lead a dynamic, sophisticated lifestyle.
